Pre-Order Policy

Process of Pre-Order:

1. DANBI is responsible for handling pre-order products from pop-up stores and official channels such as Weverse Shop, JYP Shop, Soundwave and more.
2. The product is delivered to DANBI Seoul office within a week from the official release date, as indicated on the pre-order product. However, delivery may be delayed depending on the circumstances of each official channel.
3. Formal export procedures from Korea to Spain (UPS, EMS) are carried out after the initial inspection of the product.
4. After import procedures at Spanish customs (about a week), the goods will be delivered to the DANBI warehouse in Barcelona.
5. Secondary inspection of the product and individual packaging of each order are carried out before delivery is made within 3 days (Correos).

1. POB must be ordered before the product release date.
2. DANBI always tries to include as many POBs as possible, but depending on the situation in Korea, it may be exhausted and no longer available.
3. Advance confirmation is not possible for random POBs.

1. In some cases, orders may not be possible during the pre-order period due to circumstances of the official channel, such as when pre-order sales volume is exceeded. In such cases, we will inform the customer immediately and issue a refund.
2. Please note that some POBs are not always 100% included due to quantity limitations and the situation in Korea.

1. Due to the purchase process for pre-ordered products, it is not possible to change or cancel the order after ordering.
2. Orders that are not paid within 2 days will be cancelled.
